A NOTE FROM DAN PFEIFFER ABOUT COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)

To our valued customers and friends,

We are concerned about the spread of coronavirus and its growing impact on the business community. At Pfeiffer Lincoln of Grand Rapids, we are taking the following cautionary steps to help protect our customers and staff:

  • For our service customers, we will offer increased availability of our pick-up and drop-off service. If you own a Lincoln vehicle, we will pick your car up at your home or office, bring it to the dealership for service and then return it to you.
  • We are offering remote test drives and remote deliveries if you wish to not come to our dealership for your sales experience.
  • The customer lounge in our service department is receiving more frequent cleaning and disinfecting from our custodial staff.
  • Our service technicians will disinfect door handles, steering wheels and other areas of your vehicle that they come in contact with.
  • We have told all staff to stay home if they exhibit any signs of sickness.
